As most customers are now aware, the previous Liberty (and prior to that OneSteel businesses) comprising Liberty Steel, Liberty Primary Steel, Liberty Recycling, Liberty Metal Centre (including Midalia), Austube Mills and Liberty Reinforcing business divisions have undergone branding and/or corporate structure changes throughout 2019. To now reflect these changes, effective September 2020, the standard terms and conditions of sale have been updated so that Liberty Primary Steel (which covers sales by OneSteel Manufacturing Pty Ltd out of the Whyalla Steelworks) and the former Liberty Steel, Liberty Reinforcing, Liberty Metal Centre and Liberty Recycling businesses (now known as InfraBuild) have their own sale terms (which remain similar to the previous terms ).
